Option 1: Register Online

Step 1:

Pay online using PayPal (please wait for Registration to open). Enter Team Contact information below to be included in payment. Complete payment then proceed to Step 2.

Step 2:

Receive confirmation email from PayPal containing your PayPal Receipt Number.

Step 3:

Download the Registration Form

Step 4:

Complete the Registration Form. Be sure to enter your PayPal Receipt Number in the space provided.

Step 5:

Email the Registration Form to: THunter@PhoenixTreasureHunt.org

Option 2: Register in Person

	Step 1:	Download the Registration Form
	Step 2:	Complete the Registration Form
	Step 3:	Contact a Committee member and arrange to submit the Registration Form and payment for the Registration Fee amount.
